HEALTH GUARANTEE

Every puppy purchased from us (Labrador Retriever, French Bulldog, Golden Retriever, or Poodle) is accompanied by our comprehensive health guarantee. Within 10 days of receiving your puppy, we require you to take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian for an initial wellness examination. If the veterinarian discovers within these first 10 days that the puppy has contracted any illness prior to delivery, please contact us immediately.
All our puppies are 100% safe, secure, and guaranteed to be in excellent health and free from any signs of infection at the time of delivery. Our relationship with you does not end when you receive your puppy — we provide lifetime guidance and support to ensure your puppy thrives.

In the unlikely event of an untimely loss within one year from purchase due to a congenital health defect, or if a serious hereditary condition is diagnosed by a certified veterinarian within the first year, we will replace the puppy with another puppy of equivalent value at no additional cost to you.

Nothing brings us more joy than seeing our puppies thrive in their new forever homes. To keep your puppy in peak health, please follow these simple steps: Have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 10 business days of arrival and keep a copy of the health record. Your puppy arrives with age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming, so please continue the recommended veterinary wellness and booster schedule up to 16 weeks and beyond.

Veterinary Inspection & Certification:

Every single puppy undergoes a thorough veterinary examination before traveling to you. Our licensed veterinarian inspects cardiovascular health, skin and coat, eyes, ears, mouth, teeth, musculoskeletal structure, respiratory function, and gastrointestinal wellness. A signed Veterinary Health Certificate is issued with every puppy delivered.
